VoiSmart is a manufacture of telephone systems, not a licensing software maker. Together with PBX Business, an unlimited users set of telephone services is supplied: voice mail, unified messaging, IVR, Auto Attendant, Call queueing, ACD, CDR, LCR, conferencing, unified dial plan for multiple geographical locations and remote extensions. 		VoiSmart® PBX Business The solution for corporate convergent networks VoiSmart PBX Business is a modular, server-grade VoIP PBX, which can handle, in its basic configuration, up to 120 users and up to four PRI, further to direct web connectivity. Thanks to its scalable structure, it can be stacked in multiple arrays, to suit all the requirements of corporate customers and the needs of future convergent networks. VoiSmart PBX Business can be supplied also in high-availability configurations, with Raid-5 disk array, hot swap power supply, full redundant hot swap dual-machine with load balancer array, to minimize downtime risk.

		VoiSmart Enterprise When uptime is at a premium Several events, some of them even external to the system itself, can cause a system halt. All demanding environments, for different reasons, cannot stand any service break: a fault tolerant (redundant) solution is then required. In a fault tolerant configuration, most of or all critical partes of the system are duplicated, so that in case of crash of one element, its twin counterpart can take its place. VoiSmart Enterprise is the fault tolerant architecture designed by VoiSmart for its IP PBXs: it can be implemented at several levels, starting by parts duplication (power supply, RAID RAM, Hot Swap RAID for hard disks, etc.) up to an architecture featuring two complete systems, either in Master – Slave configuration, or in a Multimaster structure, with load balancing features.
